When phoning to make an appointment it does take a long time to get through. You must know the peak times so why not have 2 or even 3 people answering phones during those periods? However when you do get through I have found the receptionist very friendly and extremely helpful. All the Doctors I have seen at this practise are excellent.

Great service for flu jan service at weekend and very short wait.monly problem with this surgery is getting an appt. in the first place. You regularly have to wait on hold for ages - for example I have tried 3 times today and was holding for more than 15 minutes each time until I gave up. I appreciate you are busy but so are some of us patients!
